The successful candidate will be a key member of our Marketing team, responsible for market analysis and using data to develop and implement growth strategies, as well as the optimization of ongoing marketing projects. He/she will need to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and be a strong communicator, fluent in Chinese and English.
● Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and develop data-informed strategies.
● Compile business performance reports and conduct ongoing analysis to inform management on marketing performance and provide recommendations.
● Develop growth strategies for new business functions and new verticals.
● Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across regional, local and global teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.
● Execute and work with media agencies to optimize media spending and efficiency in global ad platforms (Google, Meta) and local paid media channels.
● Routine paid channels performance reviews for optimization.
