1. 具PCBA電子組件的維修經驗， 熟手動焊接，烙鐵、熱風槍的使用技能。
2. 有一定的知識理解電路板的綫路原理和架構。

2. Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development, implementation process for a product or service providing, and ensures alignment with customer strategies.
3. Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned programs.
4. Planning and execution of product sustaining programs, to identify and highlight technical or quality risks and mitigation strategies in partnership with customers.
5. Cross-functional communication for developments and updates at all aspects on new projects/products at executive level.
6. Coordinates cross-functional teams, including Engineering, IT, Operations, in Engineering & Quality activities and Production KPI driving.
7. Drives innovations and integrations of exist, new technologies, and quality initiatives into projects and mass production.
8. Relevant working experience is preferred.

2. Analyze & identify opportunities to secure new biz, increasing revenues and optimizing profits.
3. Administer entire business process including price management, FCST management, parts fulfillment, contract review.

1. Cost analysis, supplier selection, procurement plan suggestions, and industry trend analysis.
2. Supply chain management, and co-work with Internal/External parties to make sure the production smoothly.
3. Manage the vendor relationships in price/contract negotiation, business strategy planning, trouble shooting, etc.
4. Develop purchasing strategy, cost down plan, 2nd source alternative suggestions.
5. Necessary skills: Good at communication and coordination, able to communicate in foreign languages (English and Spanish required).
6. Able to travel or be assigned overseas to meet company needs.

➤日常出納作業與付款執行：
　　－付款作業：依據付款申請單及相關憑證，執行各項日常付款作業，包含第三方支出、辦公室費用、零用金、雜項採買等支出
　　－員工請款報銷作業：協助員工處理差旅費、餐費、交際費等各項費用報銷申請，核對報銷單據之正確性與完整性
　　－匯款作業：負責銀行線上及線下匯款作業
　　－銀行往來：處理銀行帳戶相關事務、定存作業

➤應收應付帳務管理：
　　－應收帳款帳務作業
　　－服務客戶：協助會計專員資料整理、單據歸檔、請款發票開立作業
　　－第三單位：協助會計專員處理廠商發票核對、付款安排等作業
　　－應收應付帳款系統登記：負責應收應付帳款登錄與建檔
　　－應付帳款進度管理：追蹤、更新應付帳款付款狀態z

➤金流登記與報表製作：
　　－現金收支表：登記、建檔、核對

　➤專案企劃與執行協助：
　　－協助資深專案負責人進行市場調查、資料蒐集與分析，支援企劃發想與簡報製作
　　－參與整合行銷與公關活動的細部規劃，協助執行線上與線下活動，如媒體活動、消費者活動、社群活動等
　　－負責專案相關行政庶務工作，如會議安排、資料整理、文件歸檔、溝通協調

　➤媒體關係維護與社群經營：
　　－協助建立與維護媒體關係，支援媒體資料庫更新與媒體聯繫窗口作業
　　－協助社群平台內容發想與排程，支援社群活動執行與成效追蹤
　　－協助蒐集及開發社群KOL／影響力名人，聯繫邀約、洽談合作細節
　　－監測社群輿情與網路聲量，協助產製數據分析報告

　　－協助專案進度追蹤與時程管理，定期彙整專案進度報告
　　－協助蒐集專案執行數據，支援效益分析與成效評估
　　－學習專案預算控管與資源協調技巧
