Provide one call solution to Japan Service hotline.
The candidate must be fluent in Japanese, able to handle Japanese customers concerns via phone and email, the working location is based in Taiwan
Job Description
1) Answer Japan customer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s inbound call, candidate must be very fluent in Japanese speaking, reading, and writing, N1 qualification is required.
2) Able to Independently complete the customer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s request and communicate with respective department.
3) To Meet company goal on call volume and handling time.
4) Be flexible on working hours, the work schedule is following with Japanese Calendar, and might need to work on Taiwan holidays.
