◎ Leadership And Relationship Management:
1.Articulate and Communicate the vision and objectives of Operations to all staff.

3.Interpret and Utilize sales and service performance indicators to motivate and enhance overall performance of the team.
◎ Strategic Business Planning And Execution:
1.Evaluate, Create, Improve, Implement, and Enforce HQ\\\'s policies and procedures to improve operational and financial effectiveness of oulets.
2.Perform the role of liaison between external and internal stakeholders; arranging supports and resources (e.g. Finance, Legal, Procurement and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations, compliance and governance of the Worldwide Outlets.
3.Provide supervision, support, coaching and training of staff in conjunction with HQ, including work allocation, training, enforcement of internal procedures, and problem solving ; evaluate performance and make recommendations for staff actions; motivate staff to develop their potential to the max.
◎Financial Performance:
1.Manage and Oversee the outlets\\\' slaes and expenses to meet financial target on short and long term basis.
2.Review the financial results of the outlets, comparing them with HQ’s objectives, and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
3.Prepare and Attend monthly/quarterly/yearly business reviews. Continuously focus on customer satisfaction and enable business growth.
◎Specialized Culinary Objectives And Key Accountabilities:
1.Ensure the outlet activities are in compliance with HQ\\\'s policies and procedures as well as the local legal requirements. Ensure all operational policies and procedures are kept up-to-date and being enforced throughout the region. Develop strategies to ensure all outlets\\\' staff are trained under HQ\\\'s operations policies.
2.Ensure efficiency of administration, inventory, operations and logistics of outlets by developing the supporting team for the outlets.
3.Develop comprehensive menu and sales strategies for all outlets with a project plan to execute.
