1.有機合成、藥物合成、分析儀器的操作。
2.協助cGMP相關工作，例如cGMP文件的撰寫與Trick Wise管理。
3.在CDMO project中，對外與客戶建立良好的溝通。
4.有光化學經驗者或有藥廠相關經驗為佳。
