★Job Highlights： -Fast Track Career Progression. -International Work Experience. ★Job Description： １　Front Office： ■　Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s outlet operations by rotating on each position. ■　Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines. ■　Deliver high quality beverage products at all times. ■　Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts. ■　Train new-hires in service standards, menu items, use of POS system and up-selling. ■　Ensure positive customer service in outlets, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers. ■　Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines. ■　Assist and follow up on team to meet outlet’s Monthly Sales and New Product Promotion Targets. ２　Back Office： ■　Assist in the coordination and collaboration of activities between outlets and HQ. ■　Handle all assigned backend paper documentations. ■　Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

★　JOB HIGHLIGHTS： ■　Sales & Operations Management. ■　Career Progression Opportunities. ■　Worldwide Working Experience. 　 ◎ Leadership And Relationship Management： 1.Articulate and Communicate the vision and objectives of Operations to all staff. 2.Drive and Maintain a friendly and sincere service culture through consistent performance coaching and implementation of management procedures. 3.Interpret and Utilize sales and service performance indicators to motivate and enhance overall performance of the team. ◎ Strategic Business Planning And Execution： 1.Evaluate, Create, Improve, Implement, and Enforce HQ\\\'s policies and procedures to improve operational and financial effectiveness of oulets. 2.Perform the role of liaison between external and internal stakeholders; arranging supports and resources (e.g. Finance, Legal, Procurement and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations, compliance and governance of the Worldwide Outlets. 3.Provide supervision, support, coaching and training of staff in conjunction with HQ, including work allocation, training, enforcement of internal procedures, and problem solving ; evaluate performance and make recommendations for staff actions; motivate staff to develop their potential to the max. ◎Financial Performance： 1.Manage and Oversee the outlets\\\' slaes and expenses to meet financial target on short and long term basis. 2.Review the financial results of the outlets, comparing them with HQ’s objectives, and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results. 3.Prepare and Attend monthly/quarterly/yearly business reviews. Continuously focus on customer satisfaction and enable business growth. ◎Specialized Culinary Objectives And Key Accountabilities： 1.Ensure the outlet activities are in compliance with HQ\\\'s policies and procedures as well as the local legal requirements. Ensure all operational policies and procedures are kept up-to-date and being enforced throughout the region. Develop strategies to ensure all outlets\\\' staff are trained under HQ\\\'s operations policies. 2.Ensure efficiency of administration, inventory, operations and logistics of outlets by developing the supporting team for the outlets. 3.Develop comprehensive menu and sales strategies for all outlets with a project plan to execute.

1. 處理營業額核對、開立發票(invoice)及帳務處理作業。 2. 處理各項費用之發票、單據審核及帳務處理作業。 3. 編制相關財務報表作業。 4. 審核及追蹤各國預提稅扣繳申報、處理各類所得扣繳申報及國外營所稅等各項稅務作業。 5. 配合會計師查帳作業。 6. 執行主管交辦事項。
