1. Plan and grow CakeResume\'s job-seeking communities 蛋糕找實習 and 求職社 for talents. 2. Build strong relationships with students from different backgrounds, and key stakeholders from startups, leading tech companies, accelerator programs, etc. 3. Work closely with the CakeResume business team to launch brand awareness programs and introduce CakeResume to potential users on campus or from all over the world. 4. Enhance CakeResume’s brand awareness by creating rich content on social media, and generating traffic growth. 5. Network with career centers and departments of universities to help connect talents with opportunities. 6. Participate in onsite campus recruitment event planning, invite suitable talents to participate, and assist in the implementation of the events. 7. Help promote Internship / MA Program / Campus Hire Recruitment Campaigns, and create Recruitment Performance Reports with data analytics tools.
