Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews and completion of 8D reports for technical customer returns.
- May occasionally need to support internal or external customer quality audits.
- Manage assigned customer quality issues and ensure they can be resolved in an efficient & timely manner.
- Work with internal teams to establish root cause & appropriate short/long term corrective actions.
- Drive & follow up continuous improvement programs with related parties.
- Review internal 8D FAR and work out customer reports.
- Effectively communicate customer quality issues with internal & external teams.
- Work with customers to keep their production line running before completing 8D FAR.
- Coordinate customer audit and conduct preaudit to the responsible A/T sites or FAB.
- Support customer product survey, inquiry, qualification/approval documents.
- Onsite customer support upon requests
- Provide backup supports within Customer Quality team.

- Requires a BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related experience in the areas of semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, packaging, quality and reliability engineering.
- Familiar and experienced with various types of problem solving methodologies.
- Should have good working knowledge of common software tools such as Web browsers (IE), Microsoft Office applications.
- Very strong English communication skills – written and verbal – are required as well as an ability to work comfortably across organizational and geographical boundaries to drive problem resolution and influence actions without direct authority.
