We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager Specialist.
Our ideal candidate has experience in International recruitment, speaks fluent English, has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is active on social media networking.
S/he will be responsible for maintaining and increasing our pool of global resources. Our collaborators are typically native speakers of practically every language in the world, who work onsite in our country offices or remotely from their homes, on a project-basis, providing localization and other language related services.

What you will do:
• Drive end to end life-cycle recruitment ensuring that supply chain can meet Centific growing localization needs.
• Run innovative recruiting campaigns and maximize all channels, with a special focus on social media.
• Manage the negotiation of vendor contracts and rate cards in line with Centific scheme and specific projects or accounts.
• Build strong relationships with all resources in order to keep them motivated and engaged with the company.
• Keep the resources database updated and collect and manage all the onboarding documents. Keep track of all candidates and their skills for future leverage.
• Support and work closely with Production and build up new teams as per their requirements.
• Act as a point of escalation for collaboration issues or conflicts with vendors.
• Consistently work towards improving tools, technologies, and processes.

Who you are:
• You have a University Degree, preferably with a language or HR focus, and 3+ years of relevant experience in Localisation in an international environment.
• You are familiar with localization community. You’ll know where to find top talents and you’ll know how to attract them.
• You are a creative person with a deep understanding of sourcing strategies and strong negotiation skills.
• You have advanced knowledge of social media and online communities and are up to date in all the new trends in networking, social media tools, applications and channels.
• You are very organised and able to work under pressure and in a professional environment.
• You are problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative.
