Key Responsibilities:
- Implement corporate compensation & benefit strategy through day-to-day HR
operations including employee attendance, payroll administration, employee
reward, tax filing, and employee benefit programs.
- Manage HRM systems and maintain employee personnel data timely and
accurately. Prepare regular/ by requested periodic analyses and reports for
management decision.
- Develop and optimize compensation related procedures and tools through daily
operations/reflection and employee reward trends in accordance with government
regulations and ISO standards.
- Plan and implement various HR programs with HR team members and line
managers to support company strategy and OKRs.

其他條件:
- Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Degree in business, human resources with 2+ years working experience in HR field.
- Familiar with Labor Standard Act., payroll administration and employee reward programs.
- Proficiency of MS Office especially MS Excel applications.
- Customer orientation, patient, attention to detail and organization skills.
- A good team player with excellent communication skills.
