職務內容

Global Business Fulfillment Specialist acts a role on demand planning including forecast and project management and will work closely with TSCAA and TSCAE regional operation team.

Responsibilities:
- Consolidate detailed and extensive cross-functional data into concise executive briefing
- Oversee, manage and improve the fulfillment and distribution network
- Implement SOPs and KPIs to maximize and measure Fulfillment performance, cycle count accuracy, on time delivery, inventory location control, order picking accuracy, metrics reporting, and root cause troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement appropriate fulfillment models across all product lines, including product postponement, drop ship, direct distribution and other distribution alternatives
- Partner with internal and external audit teams to tighten end-to-end controls, exceed regulatory requirements, close gaps and reduce costs.
- Collaborate closely and effectively with engineers, business leaders and managers to drive the development of critical and innovative fulfillment initiatives reflecting our brand image
- Identify, champion and leverage technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to fulfillment operations world-wide

- 彙整龐大的跨單位資料進行相關簡報
- 管理並且滿足供給和銷售需求
- 執行相關的標準化流程來製訂供給需求滿足的成效和庫存盤點的準確性、準時出貨、外站庫存管理、達成出貨準確率、彙整相關資料以及解決相關問題
- 開發導入適合的出貨方式橫跨全部的產品線、交期調整、直接出貨和出貨到經銷商端適合的出貨方式
- 根據內控和稽核的政策制訂檢核點，減低管控差異和降低庫存
- 與工程和業務及其他單位跨部門合作以符合公司理念之創新的方式滿足需求
- 持續不斷以創新科技的方式滿足全球各區需求
