During development of a new project, discuss a new PCBA test process with an RD engineer and let the test process be implemented into production. Continue to analyze any PCBA failure in production and discuss with SQE to reduce the failure rate.
Responsibilities :
- New PCBA test fixture development (FCT).
- New PCBA test process definition (SOP).
- Development of production tools for new product.
- Production line tools & test fixture maintenance.
- PCBA failure analysis on production line.
- Discuss with RD to define the PCBA test process.
- Discuss PCBA failure root cause with SQE to reduce the failure rate.
負責新專案開發(PCB-A)期間，與RD 工程師討論相關測試流程定義，並將該測試流程導入量產(測試治具 & SOP)；於量產後持續進行產品維護與改善，協助產線作不良品分析與檢討，以達到生產良率提升之目標。
工作職責：
- 新產品PCB-A類，委外加工測試治具導入(FCT)
- 新產品PCB-A類，委外加工測試流程導入(SOP)
- 新專案開發，產線生產治工具開發導入(治工具 & SOP)
- 產線量產治工具 & 測試治具維護
- 產線製程不良品問題點分析及品質改善(PCB-A類)
- 與RD進行溝通討論相關零件(PCB-A)測試流程規劃
- 協同製程管制單位(SQE)進行零件製程改善

- Understand a circuit diagram.
- Experience in FCT test fixture development is preferred.
- Be able to communicate with RD across departments to define production test process (production test fixture & SOP).
- Be able to analyze a PCBA failure root cause.
- Good cross-function communication and coordination skills.
- Be able to discuss with SMT suppliers to solve the problem of a production test fixture.
- 孰悉電路邏輯圖
- 具備FCT測試治具開發經驗者佳
- 能與RD作跨部門溝通，完成後續量產流程定義及導入(生產、測試治具 & SOP)
- 能進行PCB-A製程問題分析，供製程管控單位分析檢討，以提高生產良率
