You, in TSC & Printronix Auto ID Ltd., will be working with an exciting, friendly and well-experienced team with applying your trade to product development and support, and new technology research and design. Here, you will be able to utilize communication skill to propose your creative and innovative initiatives and to exert your energy to make products and yourself reach a more advanced level by means of executing every tasks, missions and your inventive ideas completely and continuing absorbing new cutting-edge knowledge.
Your job, leads development teams which encompass functions such as Hardware Design, Mechanicals,
Software/Firmware, Commodity, Power, Test/Validation, and Regulatory. Manages development and business objectives among cross-functional teams including Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Application Engineer. Ensures product development meets business objectives and customer needs including Cost, Features, Schedule, Quality and Solution.

Responsibilities :
• Acts as program development manager, leads the cross functional team to build a comprehensive program plan to deliver product/solution and meet business requirements.
• Establishes clear objectives and deliverables for each program that support to business.
• Builds effective, high performance cross-functional teams and provides ongoing performance feedback to functional management.
• Manages risks and issues through effective contingency planning, mitigation and escalation (when appropriate).
• Consolidates all Program and Engineering related documentation in compliance to ISO management
requirements.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, and within scope
• Determines and manages program development budget.
