Responsibilities:
• Manage content and provide relevant offers through own-media channels and paid media channels.
• Work with the customer service team to manage customer feedback and inquiries through social media platforms.
• Monitor performance and user engagement in GoShare social media.
• Work with social network influencers and content creators to grow our presence and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
• Bachelor\\\'s degree or above with 1-3 years of relevant social media engagement experience preferred. Agency experience is a plus
• Experience in social media analytics, paid social media and social media content management tools preferred.
• Great communication, interpersonal, presentation skills.
• Capability of creating innovative and creative content.
Advanced Qualifications:
• Knowledge in photo shooting and editing, video editing, and live stream are plus.
• Strong planning, organizing, analyzing skills.
• Results-oriented and takes accountability.
• Self-motivated and willing to do the hands-on job to enjoy a venture-style fast-paced environment.
