1.馬來語能力
需要檢查與修正翻譯稿，故具備通順的語言邏輯與文字校正能力最為重要。
2.中文/英語/日語
由於溝通需要，至少要會其中之一且有能對話的水準，具備的語言越多將會調整待遇。
3.團隊合作與對外溝通
工作上經常需要部門內與部門間協作、以及對外單位的聯繫，需有樂於互助以及不怕與人溝通的個性。
4.影音剪輯
具備Premiere或同類的影音剪輯軟體使用能力，或至少對字幕、時間軸等有基本概念

加分技能
1.對動漫有相當的愛好，例如會準時追新番、平時會接觸相關產業或聲優資訊等等
2.文字、影像特效製作
能略懂Ae使用、以及Pr內建基礎功能運用等
3.基礎電腦知能
如基本文書軟體使用、略懂影音格式、流利操作電腦、熟悉快捷鍵運用等等

Required Skills:
1. Malay Language Proficiency: Must have excellent language skills, including the ability to review and edit translations for fluency and accuracy.
2. Chinese/English/Japanese: Proficiency in at least one of these languages is required for effective communication. Proficiency in multiple languages may result in additional compensation.
3. Teamwork and Communication: Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
4. Video Editing: Experience with Adobe Premiere or similar video editing software, and a basic understanding of subtitles and timelines.

Preferred Skills:
1. Anime Enthusiasm: Passion for anime, including watching new series and following industry news and voice actors.
2. Graphics and Effects: Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere editing.
3. Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic office software, understanding of video formats, and strong computer navigation skills.
